Writer, vocal and instrumental musician, one who believes in honoring freedom and its corresponding reponsibility … for starters.  Most important in how I choose to live my life is to walk mindfully, fully present to and in every moment, offering compassion and non-judgmental acceptance without expectation of return, indeed no desire of any return.  It is enough to love.

I've often listened to the essays on an NPR feature of “This I Believe.”  What I believe is probably the best expression of who I am.  I believe in the unique beauty of each being, the power of unconditional love to enhance and refine that beauty.  I believe my life is about learning how to be that kind of love, one that accepts others without demand or judgment, sees the reality each person presents to the world but knows often what we see is not truly representative of the inner soul.  I believe as much as there is darkness, confusion and pain around us, each of us can be a source of light and joy.  I believe in hope and rainbows bring me joy.
